This is the first, and so far only, quilt I have made for myself. I used batik precuts, with black fabric for the borders, backing and binding. It was a simple block pattern and then I decided to add the strips to make an off center cross hatch kinda thing. LOL These photos are of the quilt top only, I hadn't quilted it or bound it yet.
I love love love Batik fabrics!! The colors are much truer in this picture then the second one.

I would show you what it looks like after quilting, but it just isn't that good. It was my first go at free motion quilting a queen size quilt, and I still a lot of practice. The good news is, it's on my bed and it keeps me warm at night. :)
