One of the most fun diaper cakes I have ever made was this jungle themed cake. A friend of mine wanted something for her daughter in laws baby shower. It was also for her first grandson! YAY!!
She wanted to do something monkey/jungle themed and wanted it to be a large centerpiece. She bought all the stuff and brought it over. We worked together to come up with this awesome diaper cake. It was a huge hit at the baby shower!
Due to the size of the board and the amount of diapers she had brought, we ended up making 4 smaller rounds to put the base on. Covered those rounds in adorable monkey themed pajamas. I love how you can see the little feet of the pajamas!
She also made the palm tree topper to give the cute little monkey something to hold on to.
Ingredients:
2 boxes of size 1 diapers
4 receiving blankets
4 pajamas
1 set of 4 mobile toys
1 set of toy keys
1 beanie
1 set of booties
1 stuffed monkey
