This started off as a plain paper mache cone. I bought it last year, but didn't get around to decorating it until now. I'm so glad I waited, because I love how it came out! I used satin ribbon (the wider the ribbon works best), glue gun and sequins and rhinestones.Friday, December 4, 2009
